GTA 6 map: every region of Leonida so far
Leonida broken into regions, based on what appears in official footage. Which areas are confirmed, which are inferred, and which are guesses.
Leonida is a state, not a city. That is the single most important thing to understand about the GTA 6 map, and it is why comparisons to the Los Santos map miss the point.
Vice City (confirmed)
The urban centre, returning for the first time since 2006. Beachfront, high rise districts and the neon coastline the series is known for. Rebuilt at modern scale rather than remade.
The Keys (confirmed)
A chain of small islands running off the coast. Shown in trailer footage with boats and low bridges. This is the area that makes water travel genuinely useful.
Swamp and wetland (confirmed)
Interior wetland, clearly modelled on the Everglades. Off road country, and the reason vehicle class matters more here than in previous games.
Rural and inland (confirmed)
Farmland and small towns between the coast and the interior. Present in both trailers, unnamed.
Further cities (inferred)
A state sized map with a single city would be unusual for the series. Secondary settlements almost certainly exist. None have been named officially.
Map size
No official figure. Every square kilometre number in circulation was measured by fans from trailer footage using assumed scales, which is a reasonable exercise and not a source.

No. Vice City is the main urban area of the state of Leonida, which also includes keys, wetland and rural regions.

Rockstar has not said. Published figures are fan estimates from trailer footage.
